Als ik het over attent heb, kan ik dit relateren aan mijn eigen verhaal. We stonden op het punt om de notaris te regelen na een verkoopcontract met aanbetaling toen mijn vrouw een ernstig ongeluk kreeg in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Ze werd in het ziekenhuis opgenomen en kon totaal niet reizen en dus moesten we de verkoop verliezen omdat ze niet bij de notaris kon tekenen. Na al zijn inspanningen gaf ik Chris de kans om onze verkoop te laten gaan, maar hij bleef onvermurwbaar bij ons en verkocht het pand uiteindelijk opnieuw en ik gebruikte POA voor de enige voltooiing.
Het werd allemaal heel sympathiek gedaan en de meisjes werden erg beschermend over onze situatie.
Dit is wat ik bedoel met attent. Ik ben ze allemaal zo dankbaar.
Zelfs na de daadwerkelijke verkoop helpt Martina me nog steeds met papierwerk na de verkoop. Echt een pareltje.

This might be a bit of a different review but still… I booked a flight to Jalón because I had a deal for a house directly from an owner. Turned out when I arrived, the seller accepted a higher offer so my trip was useless. Decided to check some other houses, one of which was listed with Chris. I told him about what happened and only was treated with a very understanding view. Chris really made my day, putting my hopes up saying ‘I believe whatever happens, does so for a reason’. Turns out he was right because the next day I found our house with a different agency in a different area but had to inform Chris. Again, a very heartening reply, he was genuinely happy for me even though I did not buy through him. I have been disappointed in many people but this shows what a person Chris is. In eerste instantie begon de zoektocht naar ons droomhuis in Moraira. Echter bleek al snel dat je daar in een wijk terecht komt waar alles boven op elkaar is gebouwd. Wij zochten niet iets afgelegen maar wel met meer privacy en dus verlegden wij ons zoekgebied naar de prachtige Jalon vallei. In februari 2023 stapten wij binnen bij Premier villas, waar we hartelijk werden ontvangen (in het Nederlands) door Martina. We zijn twee keer een halve dag huizen gaan kijken met makelaar/eigenaar Chris met wie we direct een klik hadden. Hi neemt de tijd, adviseert eerlijk en is openhartig. Helaas zat ons droomhuis er niet bij. In september 2023 hebben we opnieuw afgesproken en een aantal huizen bekeken. Ook een die te koop stond bij een ander kantoor. Dat bleek het juiste huis. Chris checkte of er destijds bouwvergunning was verleend en of er een woonvergunning op zit. Dat bleek het geval. Na een korte onderhandeling was de deal rond en hebben we de koopakte getekend. Alles verliep plezierig en we zijn nooit onder druk gezet. Chris heeft een groot netwerk en adviseerde ons een goede, Nederlands sprekende, advocaat om alle zaken te regelen. Ook daar zijn we zeer tevreden over.
Premier Villas in Jalon bestaat uit Martina, Karen en Chris en de communicatie met alle drie verliep vlekkeloos. Er wordt snel gereageerd en afspaken worden nagekomen. Als aankoopmakelaar zeer aan te bevelen.

We vonden via Idealista een woning en waren op dat moment in de buurt van het Kantoor in Dénia dus besloten even binnen te lopen. Dit was een goede zet. We werden direct heel vriendelijk in het Engels geholpen door Alex. Hij regelde dat we binnen 24uur gebeld werden door een Nederlandstaligen medewerkster. Vanaf daar nam Martina de communicatie volledig in het Nederlands over. Leuke bijzaak, het huis was ook nog eens top! Binnen 2 weken hadden we 2 bezichtigingen gehad onder de prettige begeleiding van Chris. In die zelfde 2 weken was ook het voorlopig koopcontract zelf al klaar en afgehandeld! Wij reden weer met een gerust hart terug naar Nederland in afwachting van de verdere planning voor de sleuteloverdracht. Ook deze heeft ondertussen plaats gevonden en is soepel en heel prettig verlopen!

Al vanaf het begin dat we interesse toonden in een villa in Parcent, hadden we telefonisch en elektronisch contact met Martina.
In juni van dit jaar werden we in Jalon hartelijk ontvangen door het team Martina, Karen en Chris.

We recently used Premier to sell our villa and we can't praise them highly enough, especially as selling a villa during a pandemic was always going to be a challenge. Mijn vrouw en ik legden onze villaverkoop in december 2020 in de handen van Premier Villas, in de verwachting dat de kans om een koper te vinden tijdens Covid klein zou zijn. Tot onze verbazing belde Karen ons in februari 2021 om te zeggen dat er een koper was gevonden, de bezichtiging had plaatsgevonden door middel van een videogesprek! ! Van het overeenkomen van een prijs tot de uiteindelijke voltooiing, het team van Premier, Chris, Karen en Martina, zijn uitstekend geweest. We gebruikten onze eigen advocaat en Martina communiceerde met hen tijdens het verkoopproces en regelde ook het energiecertificaat en de verlenging van ons bewoningscertificaat (iets waarvan we niet wisten dat het verouderd was!). De voltooiing vond eind juni plaats, een datum die met ons en de koper was overeengekomen vanwege Covid-beperkingen, en alles verliep probleemloos. We kunnen Premier Villas zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen die een team wil dat zijn best zal doen om een soepele verkoop van uw woning te garanderen.

We hebben ons in 2019 geregistreerd bij Premier Villas en hebben ons huis in maart vorig jaar verkocht. Vanwege Covid en de Belgische kopers die niet hebben NIE nummers duurde het tot juli voor de voltooiing. We hadden ons best gedaan om ervoor te zorgen dat het papierwerk in orde was voordat we begonnen, maar omdat we niet naar Spanje konden reizen, waren er onderweg een paar problemen die Martina voor ons wist uit te zoeken. Ze is echt een ster en een grote aanwinst voor het bedrijf. Het was een moeilijk jaar voor iedereen, maar premier heeft ons erdoorheen gekregen. We were not spending enough time at our townhouse in Jalon, due to family commitments in the UK, so in October 2019, we decided to place it on the market.
Chris Hara, of Premier Villas, Jalon, had sold the house to us in March 2018, so we called him, and asked him for a valuation. He came to our house in Jalon, and within 20 minutes, we had agreed a price. Within 3 days, the details were all completed, and our house was on the market. Within two weeks, Chris had shown three potential buyers around the house, and he sold it. Amazing service and speed.
The buyers were from the Netherlands, so it took some time for them to obtain their NIE numbers, and we all agreed a completion date of 24th February 2020. During the four months up to completion, the team at Premier Villas, kept things moving, and sent us contracts to sign, informed us of everything we would need to do, for the sale to go through smoothly. They were great at chasing the progress, and keeping us informed. A few days before completion, the buyers wanted to come round to see the house, and check that everything was in order, before completion. Chris and his staff arranged this, and we were there to meet our buyers for the first time, and show them around. Chris also attended, and made sure that everyone was satisfied. On the day of completion, Martina (a key member of staff at Premier Villas) was our representative at the Notary's office. She was exceptional. She translated all necessary documents from Spanish to English and explained them to us, since we don't understand Spanish. The Dutch buyers were with their solicitor, and spoke in Dutch, which Martina translated for us, as necessary. I don't know how many languages Martina can speak, but probably at least five!
Overall the service, communication, and helpfulness from Chris and his staff was second to none. They were all exceptional, and went the extra mile. The whole experience for us was fantastic. We can highly recommend Chris Hara, and his team at Premier Villas.

Viertal jaar geleden startte ons eerste avontuur. Na wat zoektocht had “Premier Villas Jalon” de juiste woning in Pedreguer, voor mijn vriend Joachim, gevonden : Liefde op eerste zicht . De opvolging en afhandeling van het dossier waren in één adem “perfect”!

Nou, verkocht we eindelijk onze villa! Na drie jaar probeert op te slaan een paar quid ging reclame on-line en met andere agenten die zeggen dat zij u een "deal" met geen resultaten kunnen doen we naar Premier Villas.
Vanaf het allereerste begin de Premier Team uiteengezet van hun honoraria en verzekerde ons dat ze onze villa op Vernissa Park, Benigembla kon verkopen. Trouw aan hun woord, bezichtigingen begon onmiddellijk met serieuze belangstelling, wat leidt tot een akkoord te koop tegen de juiste prijs.

Chris and his team at Premier villas provided excellent service for us, we had been searching for our villa for a while and had been with various different agents but never found the villa we were looking for. We set out our criteria for what we wanted, but most agents don’t really listen that well so we were shown some completely unsuitable properties.
We then contacted Premier villas as they had a couple of properties that interested us, we made an appointment and met with Chris. He listened to what we were looking for and said he had some properties in mind that met our needs, after looking at a few potential villas Chris said that he had a wild card up his sleeve if we we wanted to see. We went to the villa and were shown around, we were blown away the villa met everything we had asked for, so Chris had listened and matched us up with our ideal villa. Chris negotiated a good price for both parties and we agreed to buy, although our house in England had been sold the sale took forever to complete (4 months) during this time Chris kept in touch with us and our vendor making sure we were ok getting updates and passing them on to our vendor. This continued right through to completion, we would definitely recommend the Premier villas team

Wij hebben zojuist genomen bezit van een juweeltje van een woning in Zwijndrecht dankzij Chris en het fantastische team in Premier Villas.
Wij alleen besloot te verhuizen naar het dal in juni, na een kort bezoek aan keer eerder. Slechts vijf maanden later met de toewijding van Premier wij hier niets was te veel moeite en het gehele proces, met de hulp van volstrekt onpartijdige maar plek op de adviezen en aanbevelingen van Chris is vrijwel een leien dakje.
Chris gewijd vier dagen in totaal fantastisch ons rond van villa aan villa, en zijn kennis van elk was uitzonderlijk. Hij was altijd bereid om opnieuw eigenschappen en ging de extra mijl plus enkele om ervoor te zorgen dat we waren tevreden met onze uiteindelijke keuze.
Karen staat altijd klaar voor e-mails en telefoontjes, snel beantwoorden van een beetje twijfelt of peuteren dat de lente op.
We pakte Chris zijn aanbod van vertegenwoordigers van de juridische en landmeten en dit bleek te zijn van eerste klas keuzes.
Het was een genoegen om Martina hebben bij ons in de eindfase, de notaris, het was een echt bijzondere ochtend zien hoe het systeem werkt hier in Spanje en wordt officieel overhandigde de sleutels en de daden.
Bedankt iedereen, vooral voor de echte aanbod van alle toekomstige hulp we met onze nieuw leven hier in Spanje moeten. Wij zullen u zeker dat een houden!!

It says something that when the time had come to end our 12 year love affair with our dream holiday home in the sun with its stunning views over Parcent there was only one place to turn. Premier Villas had sold us the property in 2006 and we continued that association over the years using a variety of the services it then offered including holiday rental, villa management and their ‘key in the door’ concierge service. We paid for those services of course but we got a whole lot more. Premier’s brilliant staff helped us through a number of hiccups over the years going way beyond what might be expected and paid for. What’s more they did it with a smile.
Ever since we first walked through their door with a tentative enquiry to establish what we might be able to afford we have been struck by their efficiency. The company now concentrates on its core property sales business, and whether buying or selling never will you need a friendly helping hand more. Stepping into the unknown buying or selling a property in a foreign language and system is a big decision and can be a daunting prospect, but in our experience you would struggle to find a better partner to guide you through the process. And guide you they do. Every step of the way.
But as important as great service is there are a number of other factors to consider if looking to buy or sell property in this lovely part of Spain. Premier has arguably the prime site in the valley, opposite the main car park and tourist office in Jalon, has a large database of quality potential purchasers, has link ups with property portals and partner agencies in a number of Northern European countries including RightMove in the UK, and has in proprietor Chris Hara the ultimate professional sales negotiator. He has an uncanny knack of matching the right people to the right properties, has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the area and properties on his books and seems to work all hours to find you the right property or the right purchaser.
So when we came to sell it was not a difficult decision who to instruct as sales agent. We had enough confidence to hand a sole agency agreement to Premier, and they didn’t let us down. Within three weeks we had offers from two potential purchasers. One couple were charming cash buyers who bought the property. The whole conveyancing process was handled with the minimum of stress by the Premier team. Karen, with the unflustered efficiency we have got to appreciate over the years, and the marvellous multi lingual Martina who handled the conveyancing, cutting through Spain’s notorious bureaucracy with the minimum of fuss. Premier Villas heeft ons in bange tijden enorm geholpen nl onze dromen waargemaakt. We wonen nu al een paar maanden in ons nieuwe huis nl als we een vraag hebben kunnen wij nog steeds bij Premier Villas terecht. Ook na de koop blijft Premier Villas service verlenen.

Ik wil iedereen bedanken voor hun vriendelijkheid, gevoel voor humor en hard werken namens mij over de verkoop van La Solana tuinen. Wij besloten aan het eind van het jaar 2017 te verkopen van ons huis in Benidoleig en koos drie makelaars, een daarvan Premier Villas was. We hebben een dergelijke reis, van een vakantie in Jalon 2 jaar geleden en een verlangen om hier te wonen om te verkopen van onze voormalige woning in Murcia en kopen hier in Zwijndrecht, alles in een tijdsbestek van 4 weken! Dankzij Premier hebben we nu ons droomhuis in dit mooie deel van Spanje.

Wir haben uns Ende des Jahres 2017 dazu entschieden, unser Haus in Benidoleig zu verkaufen und uns 3 Makler herausgesucht, unter anderem Premier Villas. Gleich vom ersten Tag an fühlten wir uns durch Chris und sein Büro sehr gut betreut. Nach einigen wenigen Besichtigungen haben wir im März 2018 bereits ein Angebot für unser Haus bekommen und dies auch angenommen. Die Käufer sind ein sehr nettes Paar aus Holland. Sie war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar, sogar am Wochenende. Wir haben schon einige Häuser in Deutschland verkauft, wurden aber noch nie so gut betreut. Martina ist ein echtes Goldstück.
