Premier Villas in Spain sold our house in November 2010. We went to the office in July 2010 and asked them if they could sell our house. Two hours later they were in the house to see how it was and together we made the price we should ask. The next week we were back in Holland and the first buyer came at the office. I wanted to know if they would buy and every time I phoned the office the one who answered my call was so friendly, it was a good feeling.
So the first buyer was interested and the only thing was the money. It took a long time before the answer of the bank was there and the answer was no money. Chris was not happy, the next day he phoned me and said I just sold your house for the price we wanted. Of course I didn’t believe my ears but it was true. Than the paperwork started and although we were in Holland it was perfectly organized, and I can tell you it was not easy because the builder made some mistakes in the paperwork. We have been very happy with Premier Villas Spain. The girls in the office are friendly and they do their work very well, nothing is too much every question is directly answered. The next time when we will buy or sell we go back to Premier.

We booked a Villa for 2 weeks in Jalon with Premier Villas. Upon arrival in Valencia, the airlines informed us that they had lost our entire family luggage, and so with the Airlines T-shirts and tooth brushes we headed to Jalon some 130 km away. Premier met us and took us to the Villa. Trevor was very nice and showed us all we would need to know at our villa. We worried about the luggage, but he said not to worry. The next day we met Chris Hara for the first time, the owner of Premier, he had driven up to Valencia airport and picked up our entire lost luggage for us. We were impressed and of course very thankful. As the week went on I have never seen my wife so relaxed on any trip as this before. We chatted and thought what a great place to holiday, also perhaps to move to one day. On the second week of our trip we called Premier and asked if we could visit some Villas for sale. Chris Hara asked many questions to obtain an idea of our needs. We saw many Villas, but the right one was not on this trip. Upon returning home we decided to make a special trip back to Spain for a Villa property hunt. We communicated with Chris and Alison, viewed the Premier Web site and came up with 15 to 20 Villas to view. Three months later we arrived. On our last day of the trip we found the Villa we had been looking for. The offer accepted; we planned on a closing some 3 months later. It is during this time and the following 6 weeks that Premier Villas, with particular emphasis on Alison; with their guidance really showed us what a gem we had found. The differences in Common law versus Civil law was a legal stumbling block for the way we titled the Villa. It is Alison’s patience, knowledge and Spanish fluency that helped guide our solicitors; so that our long terms dream of owning a Spanish villa became a reality. Chris Hara, to his great credit, has set up a brilliant team to back up you, or me, from top to tail, if you so wish. Everyone in the office is very friendly and extremely helpful. Since our purchase; Premier is also carrying out the property management of the villa; this keeps owning a property abroad totally worry free. Thank you Premier for all you do!
