We aim to be as flexible possible, however, during the month of August the change over day must be Saturday (by owner´s request) and a minimum stay of two weeks

Coast / Beach
The sandy beaches are just 5 km away whilst a more secluded stoney beach is just 4 km away. The beautiful sandy beaches of Moraira and El Portet are approximately 8 km away.
Golf
Javea Golf course is opposite the villa and has nine holes. There are a number of golf course within a 20 - 40 minute drive from the Javea: these include 2 Championship courses in Benidorm (30mins) designed by Jack Nicklaus, Oliva Nova Golf(40mins) designed by Seve Ballesteros, La Sella (20mins) designed by José María Olazábal, together with 9 hole course at Benissa (20mins) and Altea (25 mins). Both Alicante and Valencia, with their numerous courses, are only one hour´s drive away.

Travel
Nearest airports are Alicante (70km) and Valencia (80km). Car hire or use of a car is essential.
Booking Notes
Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in euros. On booking, a 30% deposit is required with the balance due eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
A security fee of 500 euros is also payable when you pay your final balance. It will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period by bank transfer. This security fee is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings. We will always discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit.
