Spring Cleaning Service

As an additional and optional service, Premier can arrange a full spring clean of your property, which if undertaken perhaps once or twice a year, will ensure that your Spanish home is maintained to your own personal high standards.

The key elements of this service are:

• Cleaning of all windows externally and internally including mosquito nets and sills.
• Cleaning of all doors, frames and skirting
• All kitchen units and drawers are emptied, to allow cleaning of both the interior of the units and their contents
• Cleaning of washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave 
• De-frosting of freezer - if necessary
• Thorough cleaning of all bathrooms
• Mopping of all ceramic floor tiles throughout the property
• Full kitchen clean including oven, hob, cooker hood & filters
• Checking the interior for mould, damp patches and leaks etc.
• Arranging for dry cleaning services if necessary (at additional cost)
• Checking for condensation and mould on curtains and blinds
• Dusting and vacuuming blinds and curtains and also ceiling fans and air conditioning units
• Checking all electrical appliances are in working order and descale any kettles/irons
• Light bulb check and replacement where nessessary
• Any additional services as agreed with client such as exterior cleaning, Sweeping and jet washing of outside terraces and cleaning of garden furniture and BBQ can be provided at an additional cost.
• We can also provide a full inventory at an additional cost (house contents, linen stocks etc.,)

Charge per property is dependent on size of property: floor space, number of bedrooms etc. Starting prices are detailed on the pricing schedule below:

 These prices are merely a guide; we work on an hourly rate of 10 Euros per hour which includes the cost of all cleaning materials used.

Yon will be provided with a fully comprehensive Cleaning Checklist completed and signed confirming what we have done and the number of hours taken to complete.

Laundry is charged on a per item basis and full price list can be obtained from one of our team. We pass on our discounted corporate rates to our clients and we also include the collection, drop off and return of all laundry bundles.
