We have an easy-to-use calendar system allowing you to check real-time availability for any properties that catch your eye, as well as an online bookings and payment service. And we issue immediate confirmation of all bookings and payments as soon as they are made. All of our properties are offered on a weekly rental basis, however some may also be available for shorter breaks. If you are interested in a short stay, contact admin@premiervillasspain.com detailing the property and dates you are interested in and we will get back to you within 24 hours - either by email or telephone - with availability and rental rates. We offer flexibility to our guests and therefore there are no restrictions on arrival dates. With today's flexible travelling opportunities, we know that you may wish to fly at the weekend or mid-week, so our system allows that flexibility for you.
