With our history of success and our expertise in the Spanish rental market, we have developed our Gold Service for clients who wish to maximize the rental potential of their 4 star luxury properties. Gold is the ideal solution for the homeowner who is looking to see a good return on investment in their property, but also have the assurances and complete peace of mind the property is in completely safe hands and managed well in all respects of the rental process.
With our Gold Service, Premier will manage all aspects of the rental programme;
We will team up with you and consolidate all relevant information on your property i.e. property write-ups, facilities, details on furnishings and property layout. We will take photographs of your property to be included in the advert. This information will be included in our international advertising campaign which will contribute significantly to maximising your property's rental potential.
Following inspection of your property, we will advise you on potential rental incomes for the low, mid, high and peak holiday seasons.
We will advertise your property at the agreed rental rates and also relieve you of the burden managing all your bookings with our booking management service. We will handle all rental enquiries, administer the booking calendar, arrange payment of deposits, organise credit card and other payment facilities, as well as taking care of general administration and revenue collection. Our website is completely secure and enables paying guests to access your property details and make booking 24 hours a day.
We will provide you with a Information Pack covering the Costa Blanca North region which can be left in your property for the benefit of your guests. The Information Pack includes tips on tourist attractions, local restaurants, the best beaches, fabulous walks and day trips on offer in the area, as well as general information on the local amenities, emergency numbers etc. Maps will be included where possible to ensure your guests' stay is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.

A full changeover service will be provided every time a guest leaves/arrives and includes: collection of keys on departure; review of inventory; full laundry service - wash and iron all bed linen, towels and tea towels; clean bathroom and replace toilet rolls; clean kitchen including oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave; dust throughout; vacuum and mop floors, empty bins; air all rooms; sweep external terracing/decking; check light bulbs; and generally check the property throughout.
Premier will check any inventory after any holiday booking. (An inventory service is available - see Property Management Services for more information).
We will maintain regular contact with you by email or any other preferred means of communication.
Premier will not require exclusivity to your property, and you are more than welcome to source Holiday Guests through your own sources. All we ask is that you check with Premier before committing to guests to ensure availability on our on line calendar.
