Twice Monthly inspection visits to your property to check exteriors, alarm systems, all entry points plus full electrical check
Check and run all water outlets, flush the toilets and air property throughout
Collect and forward any post
Ensure all water, gas and electricity supplies are functioning
Check that garden and pool areas are in good order
Replace empty gas cylinders when necessary
Check for any vermin, insect infestation, mould etc
Inform you of any issues concerning your property and arrange for remedial action as appropriate
Maintain regular email or telephone contact to keep you abreast of all developments.
Property Management Key in the Door Service Annual Management Fees
The annual management fees are payable either in one annual installment on commencement of the agreement or two installments during the year; 50% on commencement of the agreement and 50% 6 months thereafter.
