Guest Payment Terms
When renting one of our holiday homes, our normal payment terms are as follows:
A security fee of 300 or 500 Euros is also payable for your holiday (dependant on the size of the villa), which will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period. This is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings. We will always discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit.
On booking, a deposit is required equivalent to 30 per cent of the total cost. The outstanding amount, plus the refundable security bond, is due eight weeks before the start of your holiday.

Honeymoon Packages
For our honeymoon package tariffs, please email admin@premiervillasspain.com for more information. Obviously, these packages are personally tailored to your needs, but we can offer price guidelines for the package.
