Even though you may not be renting your property out, you may want to have your property cleaned before you arrive on any of your trips throughout the year. Premier offer a standard cleaning service, full laundry service and a spring clean service depending on Client's requirements. The service is flexible and takes the pain away from you. Prices are generally based on property size.
Cleaning Service - Standard
The Premier standard cleaning service comprises the following:
Full clean throughout the property
Clean bathrooms and replace toilet rolls
Clean kitchen including oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc.
Empty all bins and remove all rubbish
Dust throughout
Vacuum and mop floors
Air all the rooms
Sweep terracing and/or decking
Light bulb check and replacement
Clean any other items as appropriate
We also offer an excellent laundry service. Due to our large portfolio of clients, we partner with a local Spanish commercial laundry business and we pass our corporate rates on to our clients.

Laundry is charged on a per item basis and full price list can be obtained from one of our team. We pass on our discounted corporate rates to our clients and we also include the collection, drop off and return of all laundry bundles.
