A covered naya offers the perfect location for totally private al fresco dining and entertaining and has everything you could possibly need from a gas paella stove to a BBQ. This area offers dining facilities as well as lounge seating for that well deserved rest and relaxation.

Coast / Beach
The bustling blue flag sandy beach of the Arenal is just a few minutes drive by car or an easy 15 minute walk. The shallow waters of this beach together with play areas for children make this an ideal spot. Ample parking enables easy access.
Golf
There are several Golf Courses in the area one of which is in Javea itself. The others are mostly within 20 to 50 mins drive. Benissa 9 hole course 20 mins drive. Denia 18 hole course 20 mins drive. Altea 18 hole course 30 mins drive. Oliva Nova 18 hole course 50 mins drive.
Travel
Nearest airports are Alicante (70km) and Valencia (80km). Car hire or use of a car is recommended.
Distances
A selection of supermarkets and restaurants are located just a minutes walk away from the villa as are free tennis courts. In close proximity to the villa is the bustling sandy beach of the Arenal with bars, restaurants, banks supermarkets and an English medical centre run by 2 British doctors.The port is only a 20 minute stroll from the Arenal, here a marina and pebble beach gives a great contrast whilst sporting more bars,restaurants and shops.This fishing port has a fish market for all to visit and buy from on a daily basis. The old town of Javea is up away from the sea, its narrow streets and beautiful church backing on to a large indoor market make for a very Spanish experience.Shadowed by the Mont go Mountain this area famous for its Tapas and coffee bars is a must to visit.
Taking the other direction from the villa is an area called Cap de la Nao, a 5 minute drive to the most easterly point of the region. This local beauty spot with lighthouse and nature reserve is flanked by coves, beaches and walks. These idyllic bays of la Granadella, la Barraca and Ambolo are ideal for swimming, snorkeling and diving, most have beach bars and restaurants.On a clear day it is possible to see all the way to Ibiza over 100km's away.
Booking Notes
Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in euros. On booking, a 30% deposit is required with the balance due eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
A security fee of 500 euros is also payable when you pay your final balance. It will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period by bank transfer. This security fee is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings or execessive cleaning after your departure. We will always discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit.
